Artefact Craft

This has been suggested ever since we added Crafting to the Magic Academy, so far the Developers have ruled out any additional Crafting ability preferring to utilise the Spire of Eternity to provide the required rotation of Artifacts, and also the Fellowship Adventures provide at times.
