@Shae-leigh there were changes made to the Starting Chapters earlier this year. These changes were made to help Players with their progression and understanding of the Game. The Fellowship Research was part of this Change

@Shae-leigh it is our understanding that this is currently being phased in as @Pauly7 suggested. So this wont affect all new players at the moment but it is the intention that it will eventually
