For the difficulty settings >
Start the game with default settings, log out and then change the settings from the Save Game Menu

For the WS issue when you do not have the DLC >
copy the scenario to the local scenario folder

Both are easy done and dont stop you from playing

Scenarios seem to be broken. you cannot select scenarios in the menu anymore.
this is the main reason i am done.

As i said in a few posts up there are workarounds.
The bugs do not stop you from playing.

Sadly none of the workarounds work for me.

Then you have a different issue and would need to explain in details what the issue is
