Equipment breaks down instantly from 90% to 40% or 0%.

Hey. Does anyone encounter some simillar problem? My one handed weapon and shield breaks down either from one or two swings or even on its own without me doing anything. The axe durability drops down by half, and shield breaks completly just in one moment (from e.g. 80% to zero). No matter what weapon and shield i have equiped. It's like durability reseting to some point from time to time. It happened to me couple times yesterday.

Does anyone knows what this might be due to? Can't seem to find such a problem anywhere online.
