[2020] Why can't I take the quest, it keeps kicking me in the menu

There is a known issue with this task that is currently being worked on. Try restarting your game and see if you can accept this task again. If you can't - keep completing other therapists tasks for now.

Actually this task might be temporary removed for now from the game and when/if it will be returned - it might get modified (like task requirement(s), rewards e.t.c)
