Late December last year I tried to upgrade my game to the EoD edition from the standard one. I chose to pay by bank payment, but when it came to confirming the payment I got an error message and the transaction was cancelled.
But as I checked my bank account, the transaction was there at -66,41€. Since I didn't get the edition upgrade, I immediately contacted BSG support explaining my problem, but sadly I did not get an answer. Contacted them again two weeks later, again no reply.
I'm pretty disappointed, is there another way to get in touch with BSG and request a refund? Should have payed the premium and payed with Paypal, at least refunds are easier there...
