[2021] Accidentally set my account back to standard edition

This is extremely frustrating, I can understand I’m an idiot, but holy.

So for Christmas I upgraded to EoD and bought my friend the standard edition for tarkov. He said that the code wasn’t working, so I attempted to activate it using my promo code box (thinking it would maybe then work).

This set my account BACK to standard edition even though I’ve purchased EOD on this account!

When I go to the screen to purchase EoD it tells me I have to pay again and I’m on the standard edition!

My game is completely messed up with inventory glitches and my container is back at alpha. I didn’t mean to do this at all.

How could my account get reverted after already paying for a higher edition? Now I lost both my EoD and my gifted standard edition of the game.... any support? I already submitted a ticket.
