[2020] Account Reset Didn't Work

After the wipe hit, I upgraded from standard to EoD. I honestly cannot remember if I had launched Tarkov before upgrading, but regardless I reset my account after upgrading.

I launched Tarkov and created a new game profile but I still had standard stash and no gamma. Prapor hasn't sent me anything either and it's been 3 days.

Obviously, I can't reset my account again until January 14th. I have filled out a support ticket, but God knows when I'll hear back from BSG. Does anyone have any clue as to what to do or have any advice?
