[2020] Already Contacted Support: Locked out of Account

I have heard rumors of support being terrible - I really want to play this week/start of wipe and They are not getting back to me.

Email is not found even though they sent the password reset to that specific email - unsure of how to login. I was able to login to the game launcher via my username/password but I have not been able to use my email to login to anything - including the website to claim gifts...

People who have delt with Support at BSG - is it worth praying they will fix this or just buying another version of the game?
