I upgraded from the standard version to edge of darkness. After that I opened my game and my name was yellow but nothing else happened I tried reaching out to support but haven’t gotten Any response back. Any suggestions?

I had the exact same thing happen to me I bought the upgrade from standard to EOD yesterday and put out a support ticket saying the same. Do I just have to wait as well?
