So I have the no verification code to my email from the launcher bug/issue. I can login to the website/forum without issue and receive the verification code emails for the website login, change of password, change of username etc.
I contacted support via the website a month ago and after a few messages back and forth. I was advised that I should apply for a change to my primary email as nothing else worked. I sent an email on the 26/12/2020 to [email protected] containing the support ticket number in the title, to request a change of email.
I included all the information they requested to prove I was the account holder and received a replay 2 days ago that "The e-mail change feature is temporarily disabled" and to check with my email provider.
I replied to this email that I had been through this already with support via the website and could they please process my email change.
Anyone that has managed to get their email changed do support let you know that it is proceeding? or do you receive an email to your new email once it is done?
