[2021] BSG has scammed me

I upgraded to 'prepare for escape edition' almost a week ago, but never received any of the perks. I wrote to support and said i haven't received ANY of the perks. Then they replied "Did u partially receive items/perks or did u not receive anything". My answer to that was: I didnt receive anything. I'm tired of repeating myself. This might not be the right place, but this was a last resort after contacting mods in discord servers, asking mates, writing to support.

Sidenotes: it says in the launcher that i have the the upgraded version, and on my profile on eft..com

In some cases, in fact, you can only fix it by resetting the profile.

However, judging by your description, this can be fixed without resetting the profile through contacting support (which you have already done)

I'm very surprised BSG hasn't implemented server-side loot for containers. Vaccuum and reading loot in containers literally should not be possible if it was properly implemented.
