[2021] Upgraded from standard to EOD and got nothing. Almost 5 days waiting now.

It’s weird cuz I got the confirmation email and it says I own EOD on the website profile as well as my launcher but I’ve not received a message from system user in game to upgrade my stash and give me the gamma. I’ve emailed their support line, created 2 separate support tickets and reported it as a Profile/Launcher related bug and received 0 contact. I’ve tried getting it out here in Reddit the past couple days and one post got some attention the other one was deleted after 15 minutes. I don’t want to get a refund, I love tarkov and just wanna play with the EOD edition I paid for. I’m hoping the right person sees this and can help me cuz I’ve been waiting a while now.
