[2020] Have Not Received Merch After 2 Months

Hoping this can gain some attention, maybe there are some more people like me.

Over 2 months ago I ordered a Bear Hoodie and PMC Patch when they went live on the Tarkov Shop.

Less then a day later I received a email from someone named “Sergey,” (will omit his last name) saying that although I had technically purchased a hoodie, they had actually sold out.

He told me I could either be moved to a “pre order,” status and would get one when a new batch was in within 1-3 weeks.

Wasn’t in a rush so I said Id gladly wait.

3 weeks role by and I send another email inquiring about it. I get a reply from Sergey again that its been too hot in Russia (mid August at this point) for then to run the printers for the Hoodies and it’d be awhile longer until I got it. However the new patches were in and I should get that at least.

3 more weeks later and I still haven’t gotten either item. I tried sending 2 more emails and have received no reply or acknowledgement since.

Im just starting to get a little mad at the idea that Ive lost $84. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated, mods if my post is violating rules I apologize, its my first one on the subreddit. Let me know and I’ll take it down or fix whatever I need to.

P.S. I have emailed the store directly now as well as am going to try emailing BSG directly, not to hopeful though.
