Here is a list of changes that I believe will address a majority of concerns from the player base. I tried to keep it as realistic as possible. I cant take credit for all of it as that credit goes to this community!

Economy/Loot:

  • Items purchased with currency from traders can no longer be sold on the Flea Market.
  • Bartered items from traders can be sold on Flea Market.
  • Added more loot containers on all maps (~30% increase).
  • Increased and diversified loot table on all loot containers.
  • All gun parts have been added to the loot pool.
  • High end ammo and armor have been added to the in raid loot table. (Rare)
  • High end ammo and armor are now barter only from traders.
  • Added additional barter trades to traders.

Quests/Progression:

  • Adjusted trader levels and requirements.
  • New Barter Items and barter item changes have been reorganized to their level appropriate place within trader levels.
  • Quests have been reworked to promote better game play flow and lore development.
  • Quest requirements have been reworked to reflect changes to Economy/Flea Market.
  • Quests that had too many conditions have been re-balanced. (ex: The Punisher Part 2 has had its range requirement eliminated but the number of scavs has increased from 20 to 30)

Recoil/Ballistics/Skills:

  • Recoil has been re-balanced (Semi-auto is now more controllable)
  • Armor plates are now implemented.
  • Armor and armor plates now have individual hit boxes.
  • Full-Auto accuracy is now affected by your stamina. The less stamina you have, the less accurate your recoil control becomes.
  • More skill have been implemented (Prone movement, Light Vests, Heavy Vests, etc.)

Optimization/Fixes:

  • LOD issue with gear at range has been fixed.
  • Optimizations to PiP on scopes has been improved by 50%.
  • Stutters on player spawns have been eliminated.
  • Issue with lag on first time a player is damaged has been fixed.
  • Stutters that were being caused by model/terrain LOD have been improved.
  • Flashlights lighting has been reworked and now look more natural.
  • Ironsights/sights/Scopes have all been zeroed appropriately.
  • Grenades have been optimized to prevent stutters.
  • Memory Leaks have been eliminated and overall memory consumption has been decreased.
  • Server optimizations have been made to improve hit detection.
  • Network synchronization between players has been greatly improved.
  • AI has been re-balanced to have more variability in skill, positioning and overall behavior.

Hopefully this creates some civil discussion

Player progression is severely f**ked in general, people reselling high LL items on Flea Market sucks but not having access to them whatsoever sucks even more.

can you at least remember times when there was no flea market in game?

Economy/Loot:

  • Items purchased with currency from traders can no longer be sold on the Flea Market. no
  • Bartered items from traders can be sold on Flea Market. didn't get it
  • Added more loot containers on all maps (~30% increase). why?
  • Increased and diversified loot table on all loot containers. its pretty diversified and linked to at least of bit of realism
  • All gun parts have been added to the loot pool. no
  • High end ammo and armor have been added to the in raid loot table. (Rare) its added already
  • High end ammo and armor are now barter only from traders. its 90% trade only right now
  • Added additional barter trades to traders. sure thing

Quests/Progression:

  • Adjusted trader levels and requirements. sounds simple and easy!
  • New Barter Items and barter item changes have been reorganized to their level appropriate place within trader levels. what?
  • Quests have been reworked to promote better game play flow and lore development. wow. its also sounds so simple and easy!
  • Quest requirements have been reworked to reflect changes to Economy/Flea Market. what?
  • Quests that had too many conditions have been re-balanced. (ex: The Punisher Part 2 has had its range requirement eliminated but the number of scavs has increased from 20 to 30) why?

Recoil/Ballistics/Skills:

  • Recoil has been re-balanced (Semi-auto is now more controllable) it's in a good state rn
  • Armor plates are now implemented. is it really needed asap?
  • Armor and armor plates now have individual hit boxes. is it really needed asap?
  • Full-Auto accuracy is now affected by your stamina. The less stamina you have, the less accurate your recoil control becomes. actually good idea - noted
  • More skill have been implemented (Prone movement, Light Vests, Heavy Vests, etc.) of course

Optimization/Fixes:

  • LOD issue with gear at range has been fixed. yes
  • Optimizations to PiP on scopes has been improved by 50%. with percentage? damn, son. you are breaking our balls, son
  • Stutters on player spawns have been eliminated. yes, totally
  • Issue with lag on first time a player is damaged has been fixed. yes, but repro rate of this is 10% on our side
  • Stutters that were being caused by model/terrain LOD have been improved. no such stutters in game. there is a grass rendering stutter though
  • Flashlights lighting has been reworked and now look more natural. tell me how?
  • Ironsights/sights/Scopes have all been zeroed appropriately. what's wrong with them now?
  • Grenades have been optimized to prevent stutters. no stutters to grenade found. possible something related to glass for example
  • Memory Leaks have been eliminated and overall memory consumption has been decreased. the blessing indeed!
  • Server optimizations have been made to improve hit detection. even if we will have perfect network, lags are still could be on your side, on the line connecting to our servers and so on
  • Network synchronization between players has been greatly improved. could you describe more, what is this mean?
  • AI has been re-balanced to have more variability in skill, positioning and overall behavior. sounds easy enough, lemme push one button

Then you should lose rep with the traders for doing this as you're undercutting their business.

  • Added more loot containers on all maps (~30% increase). why?

*Because nobody goes to 75% of Shoreline, just resort. Interchange is good, except nothing useful outside, all of road to customs, the swamp village and areas around the scav bunker are pointless. Customs needs more randomised loot in all rooms of dorms + more stuff spead in the industrial areas and warehouses. *

  • Increased and diversified loot table on all loot containers. its pretty diversified and linked to at least of bit of realism

Yeah right... I love finding a lunch box and AKSU in every black crate.

  • All gun parts have been added to the loot pool. no

Why??? This would be great, I'd love to find pieces of every gun and be able to build a weapon after finding all vital parts. You should be able to find all the vital parts of every weapon type. Let fancy mods like imported suppressors and aftermarket addons be trader only but I should be able to build a basic FAL, M4, VSS etc jsut from in raid finds.

  • Adjusted trader levels and requirements. sounds simple and easy!

Doesn't matter how it sounds/how hard it is. Having 4 levels to split the progression over is not good. There should be at least 6. Gives you more control over what unlocks when and doesn't overwhelm newer players with a dump of 500 unexamined items.

  • Quests that had too many conditions have been re-balanced. (ex: The Punisher Part 2 has had its range requirement eliminated but the number of scavs has increased from 20 to 30) why?

Because currently, many quests can only be described as dogshit. Have you ever watched a stream where the steamer said they like them at all? The biggest problem I have is that putting requirements, like supressed weapon, from 70 meters, on Shoreline removes all of my freedom. I'm not allowed you use the weapons I like, I have to play only 1 map and I am only allowed to play from a certain range. Add requirements fine. Don't add multiple requirements forcing me to play in one exact way with no freedom of choice.

its only a couple of such quests. what is the actual problem?
