[2020] Flash drives

Where are all the flash drives?! I've hit all the PCs in OLI for about 6 raids in a row, maybe more. I've spent a good portion of last night and this morning just looking for flash drives and HAVENT FOUND ONE! 40+ PC blocks and not one flash drive. And I'm fairly certain by the position of doors and loose loot laying around these areas, I was usually the first player there. Do different maps have better spawn rates? And crafting them in the hideout is far down the progression that it's not possible for me within the next few days. This is ridiculous
