Upgraded to 140$ version. grind to level 30 bought a sicc case about an hr ago.. Moved all my marked room keys into the sicc case and about to go into a raid and realize my gamma is gone!
idk if i somehow accidentally discarded it or what. but its gone with all my keys my sicc case
IDK what to do.. will support help or is it useless to reach out to bsg.
Literally the worst feeling right now.

External link →Hello. You need to make a bug report through the launcher with a DETAILED (more detailed than your post) description and logs. Also write, please, if you went to a raid after that, when it approximately happened, etc.
Hello i spoke with philbo in the discord and he said he forwarded the information I provided him to support. My ticket number i submitted in the launcher is #9523404.. this happened i think after my first raid when the servers came back online yesterday. I have a short video of me realizing the gamma was gone but unfortunately GeForce didn't catch the exact moment i lost it. i think it was around 10pm eastern when it happened. I went into a raid afterward with a beta that i bought to see if maybe the gamma would reappear in my inventory. but no luck..
i was not in raid when i lost it.. this happened while navigating my stash!
Its been really rough trying to play after this happened..
I can try to provide you any other information you would need. is it possible to get the logs for you from last night?
I REALLY DONT WANT TO RESET MY ACCOUNT AND LOSE PROGRESS TO GET MY GAMMA BACK.. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REACHING OUT AND IF YOU CAN HELP ME IN ANY WAY I WILL BE TRULY GREATFUL!
