[2019] Kappa riddle solved - all steps taken

Hey everyone, over the past couple of days the wiki team has been trying to get the A049 C026 0101PD riddle solved and we have finally finished doing it (or so we think, there could definitely be more).

I have published a writeup on how to solve everything yourself on the quest page. I hope the explanation isn't too vague and I'll try to refine it as it was written as fast as I could with my time.
