[2021] EOD Edition not working

Hi guys, I just bought the EOD edition yesterday and it says EOD edition on the launcher but still have nothing from it, just the crown in-game and nothing more. No reputation, no gamma case, no huge stash, no items...

Ticket number: 8739716

I hope you solve my problem fast as possible, cause I can't reset my profile until 14th January... And I don't want to lose the items from new year that I have to receive because I don't have space to put, that's one of the reasons I upgraded to EOD.

In this case you have to reset your in-game profile.
