I bought the standard edition of Tarkov a few months ago, a short while after I bought it I upgraded to the eod edition. I was having trouble with the xsolla site and gave up and signed in with my bank through the site to pay, I clicked pay and was redirected back to the xsolla site but it crashed. I was debited the 150CAD though, I panicked and checked my tarkov profile and it said I still have the standard edition even though I was debited the money. I asked xsolla's support but they just told me the refund would arrive in 10 days and stopped talking to me. I then opened my game was thanked for buying the eod edition and given a gamma container etc. It still said I had the standard edition on my eft profile. I didn't really mind the whole situation but now I've been trying to contact support to know if ill get access to dlcs when they come out but the support isn't helping at all, they just keep saying If xsolla said the refund would come in 10 days then it'll come in 10 days but what's really annoying is that the whole messed up payment thing happened like a month ago and I don't want a refund but they're not saying anything else now except telling me to just buy eod again which I cant afford. Does anyone have some advice?
Edit: support just said that without an active eod order ill be reset back to to standard next wipe so I basically just payed 150CAD to have a gamma for 1 wipe.
