[2021] Please allow us to use the "Filter by item" feature with traders only before lvl 20

This is something that's always bugged me before i get flea market at level 10, and now its just going to be infinitely more annoying now that the flea market level requirement is lvl 20.

Allowing us to use the flea market menu's to filter through ONLY trader items before we unlock the flea would be a major quality of life improvement.
