I bought the game at the begging of 2018, had fun with it but quit some time later, I would come back for week-long stints but nothing more. Recently one of my friends got really fired up to play EFT and I was glad to join in, only to find I couldn't login to my account. I clicked the Forgotten Password button filled in my email, but I didn't get an email back.

I then realized someone somehow stole my account without having access to my email(no confirmation emails for login from another computer,that I haven't used, in the email or game, so that means he didn't have access to my mail or account password, cuz if he had even tried to login I would have an email saying "Hey someone is trying to login"), bank account, phone, etc.

I contacted support, they told me the next day what I had to send them, and I sent them the receipt and some other emails regarding my purchase. Then I got contacted back the next day saying that they need more proof. I sent them another amazonpay email I had lying around. 1 day goes by again and I get another email saying they need proof from my online banking account. Welp, the bank that issued the card I used back then no longer exists, so I told them that and they said without online banking info they couldnt restore my account. So I do some research online and find the bank the bought the other bank out. I contacted the bank if it was possible to send me the transaction history for that period over email, they said no, gotta do it in the office. Welp sh*t. So in the middle of lockdown I go into the bank, get the papers, which took them like an hour to do cuz apparently the two banks merger wasn't executed in the best way possible. I sent support a picture of the bank statement from my phone literally the minute I got it from the bank. 1 day later support contacts me basically saying: "Welp we actually didn't need that haha, send us a pic from amazonpay info"(WHICH I HAD ALREADY SENT THEM).

I then go absolutely mad and request that I know how dafuq somebody stole my account when there's such a massive list of things you need to send to actually get your email changed through support(things even my close family wouldn't be able to get). I also request they respond more than once a day. The 2nd weekend passes and today I get a message saying:"Aight, which email do you want to use as your new email". Literally 5 minutes later I sent them the email I'd like to use and 6 hours have passed and still nothing.

I live in a timezone right next to them, so we have a 1-2 hour time difference at best, I answer their emails almost instantly after their replies(usually at lunch), and still each time I've had to wait a whole day to get back, even for simple things like confirming which email I want to use or what steps I had to take to get back my account.

Their emails are always brief 5-10 word answers that are vague AF.

I asked who/how my email was stolen and they just seemed to ignore that.

This is definitely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Service is awful and at this point I don't know if this 10-day hassle was even worth it.
