[2020] Forgot Password Email Not Sending

I recently tried to redownload the game, (I haven’t played in a while), and I had forgot my password so I went to their website and did the forgot password process where you give them an email linked to an account, but I never get the email. I’ve done it at least 5 times over the past week because there is a cool down on how many times you can do it and I just never receive it, or they never send it, etc. Has anyone else had this issue? The email is correct and is linked with an account.
