[2020] Need help with support because EFT support team has not responded to my email from a month ago

I haven't been receiving any BSG emails on my Gmail for a while now. I was able to get their original registration confirmation email but for whatever reason, they need me to confirm my registration again. This hasn't been too much of an issue except today my game files corrupted and I get the error "checksum does not match" when I try to redownload through the launcher. So, I try to redownload through the website except I can't access my account on escapefromyarkov.com because they need me to confirm my registration, which I don't receive any emails with the code for. Are there any solutions anyone has? Does BSG still check this forum? I've had no luck contacting their support thus far so I'm just trying all avenues of contact. Thank you for any help offered.
