Hello everyone.

So I honestly see no other choice then going public with this. On 01.08.2020 I got the game, to be exact the "edge of darkness" edition because my friends love this game and I had hope in it so I thought I'll A) support the developers and B) get me some nice ingame stuff.

Well after installing the game and getting into it with my friends I had technical issues, from the game having VERY poor performance to it even crashing. Btw my build: i7 6700K, GTX 1080, SSD, DDR4 RAM. As you see, my hardware isn't the problem. So I tried to lowering graphics, tweaking and playing around, sadly nothing helped. Next, I for sure haven't spent even 2hours in the game, maybe in the menus trying to get the game to work but that was pretty much it.

Now, on 04.08.2020 I decided to contact the Support Team, explaining them the Situation, I asked as you would imagine for a refund as this game was sadly unplayable for me. After 3 days, 07.08 I got an answer, explaining that because of "technical reasons" they can't refund the game and at the same time they're telling me about how much they care about their reputation. (Important to know).

I again tried to explain to them that the game is just UNPLAYABLE for me, telling the support that a refund because of "technical and legal reasons not being possible" must be a joke as I know that people have been getting a refund (just check the forums). Now, I answered them on the 07.08, right after I got the reply from the Supp Team.

On 13.08, almost a week later I haven't received an answer and asked them if they got some info for me. Nothing.

16.08, still nothing. Me thinking it was maybe just a ticket problem created another support ticket, which they btw didn't reply at all.

22.08, 2 weeks later, still not a single reply from them.

Today, 3 weeks later I had enough. The Support is claiming that their reputation is important for the company. Seems to be a strange way to show how important it is by ignoring a customer for 3 weeks and not giving him a single answer. Btw, still haven't touched the game since my first supp ticket.

Quite frankly I'm very disappointed. I've never seen such bad Support and in the current state can't recommend the game. In case you have any problems you'll have a chance of just getting ignored.

However, in your case, there is a violation of the terms of the response from the side of the specialist, I have already reprimanded him.

About your technical problem:

Try to put the swap file on the SSD and the value "system selectable". I think this is the problem. If this does not help, then create a bug report through the launcher.
