I dont have access to my email for the account and it wont let me change my email, i have a backup email set that lets me log into the site but it wont let me log into the client. is there anyway around this i contacted support with no sucess.

Little over 2 days wasn’t sure of the expected reply time for BGS and I’ve heard different thing about the reliability of customer support
