[2020] I am having problems purchasing the game

The support team has been little help with this issue, so I'm crossing my fingers someone on Reddit could help. I have been trying to purchase the game for the last 3 days, yet when I reach the payment authentication screen, it tells me it charged an amount less than $2 to my account. Yet, my accounts does not receive a charge. I have inputting my bank card info over a dozen times triple checking everything, and the support team still just tells me I could be putting my info in wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this?
