[2021] Jaeger still locked after completing quest since wipe, any people with similar issue ?

Hi All,

Not my account, but friends, he completed quest Introduction on second day, but at that time game crashed, and since then his Jaeger is still locked even when quest is completed done.No reward came in, game was reinstalled, tried other quests on mechanic they work fine.

EDIT: Cache was cleared, integrity check done, game reinstalled.
