[2020] Is the Support down?

Hey fellow escapers, I would like to ask if you are experiencing what I am.

Today I created a ticket trough the launcher regarding "Suspected Cheat Use". I got this answer: " Hello! The application is processing without the tech. Support specialist participation and will be closed. If you have any problems according the game, please create a ticket in corresponding category.Thank you for contacting us!". Which I didnt know how to take it. (what will they do about it) So I created another one. I said: "May I get a better answer, what is really happening". Their response was the same. So is this some kind of troll response for those who report or what is happening.

This issue was fixed the same day. Bug reports can (and should) be sent via the launcher

That's right, complaints about cheaters are not handled by technical support specialists. This was reported to you automatically. What is the problem?

Well, the video shows a quick death, but I wouldn't call it strange.

However, if you think that that player is a cheater, you send complaints through the game or through the launcher. These complaints are not processed by the TECHNICAL SUPPORT department, which is reported in the automatic response.
