I bought tarkov 4 years ago. I bought it with gift cards because i didn't have a job or my own debit card. I linked it to the email that I had through my school district. I upgraded to EOD 2 or 3 years ago. I wanted to collect my present but i can't log into my account because the email is tied to my school and I graduated, so my school won't let me access it. I sent in a report 2 weeks ago to try to get my account back. I provided my IP, the email address, the names ingame, the password, I even included a screenshot that shows the receipt on paypal of when I spent 100 USD to upgrade to EOD. The only thing they want that I am missing is the account creation date. I can't access that because its locked to that email. Now im sh*t out of luck and 140 USD down the drain because they can't confirm its me. Why would I pay 100 to upgrade a stolen account... I want to buy the game again because my brother got a new pc and wanted to learn to play it. I don't want to spend any more money on a game where the devs don't give a f*ck about people who spent more money than they had to. Has anyone else had sh*tty experiences like this before?

Hello. I think you understand that if the user cannot provide the proof of account ownership we need, then we cannot return access to him, since we must be sure that we return the account to the real owner.

Could you write to me in PM your email address from which you wrote to us?

What is the thought process, he verified that he paid for the upgrade himself? Do you fear he did not actually purchase the base game, in which case the account is still already paid, right? So you would rather have a customer pay twice, with accounts going inactive for email reasons?

Unfortunately, in this case, comments regarding the account security policy are outside my competence
