[2019] Can't buy items if more than 20Mil + Trade

The trade window will be populated with EITHER the cash or the case and an amount less then 20 mil. This is because there are only a limited quantity of slots that you can populate with the trade items.

Unfortunately, I didn't think of taking a screenshot of it at the moment, but should be easy to reproduce.

Big trades, $20mil rubles or more, there is not enough room in the hand-in screen/window. So you can't complete the deal because there aren't enough spaces to fit all the money.
