Hey all, I know this might not be the place to post this, just wondering if anyone has had this happen recently.

I have already put in a ticket to support but I will explain the situation here as well to see if there is any feedback or information that can be imparted to me.

Yesterday I was playing Tarkov just fine all day then I had to hop off the PC for a bit to run some errands. When i came home and tried to log in, I was receiving error 206 messages when it was asking for email and password. Upon looking to see if i was able to reset my password, it said my email does not exist. For science i tried to register an account with the same username and email as my account that i could not log into, and it was successful in creating the new account.My assumption is my account was deleted? The account is level 32 and is EoD, so i paid a pretty penny for it, been playing for many months now just confused as to how this happened. Any info on this would be helpful, as i said i have reached out to support but they take a while to respond sometimes, I am just worried my account is gone forever and I need to repurchase EoD and I lost all my progress :/

EDIT: to be clear, this is a normal account, it was through battlestate games not a "paid account" like RMT

This means that the email address to which your acc is registered has been changed. And now you need to enter a new email address to log into your account.

You or someone activated the mail change and it was changed after 2 weeks (all this time, a notification is displayed in the profile), and if it was not you, create a support ticket

I have been adding more and more info with screenshots as well since then to the ticket.

I did not initiate an email change at any point, and I do not know how to change the email for that account back to my email. As i said to test to see if i could, i created another account with the same email and username as what i had previously. Not sure if You guys can switch all that account info over? I hope that someone responds to the ticket soon and we can get this resolved.

What information would the support team need from me? So i can compile that and add it to the ticket sooner rather than later.

As i said, i appreciate the response here on reddit, I know BSG gets a lot of heat for things and you often don't get recognition.
