[2020] [HELP] My account was delited with no reasons

Hi,

3 days ago i got a serious problem with my account. When i tried to join from the client it said me that there were a mistake on username or password, so i tried to reset the password going on the site.

Here it said that my Email coudnt be found in the database.

I wrote to the game support to solve this but i'm not having any reply. Did you ever hear about that kind of problem? If yes how it has been solved?
