[2021] Pre-order on the official website problem.

Hey guys, i pre-ordered the standard edition of the game on the official website on the 30th of december and it stills says nothing on my profile page. The payment got through instantly so I found it weird and created a ticket and sent an email the next day to their support but still no responses.

Just wanted how much more time do i need to expect for a response ?
