I just want to be able to play with him, we both got the game a long time ago shortly after if first came out, recently decided to jump back on and his account is gone. Every support ticket he's submitted has gone unanswered.
No idea why either, we both stopped playing shortly after buying, both jumped on recently and his is just gone, while mine is fine. He still has the receipt for the purchase, even sent it to them, they just flat out won't reply.
