I have been going back and forth with some people on the support team and I keep getting the same copy and pasted email everyday. I was unable to receive the verification emails so I stopped playing the game and waited for support. I purchased this game in january of 2019 and I have emails to prove it but I purchased the game on a pre-paid card so I have no records or way to access the payment history from 1/2019. I loved this game and I want to play all the new updates you have added and will continue to add but support is definitely a huge problem that needs to be addressed. All I need is an email switch and it’s so frustrating when i am being told I don’t own my account. ANYONE PLEASE HELP (WILL GLADLY SEND SCREENSHOTS OF EMAILS TO A DEV IF THEY CAN ASSIST ME)
