A few days ago I tried to reset my password, as I had to change it about 3 weeks ago due to someone trying to hack/login to my account. I apparently forgot what I had set the new password was so I figured I would just change it again and write it down somewhere...Every time I tried to reset my password, the site would tell me "too many attempts, wait 2 minutes" ...Waited 5, tried again, my timer just kept going up regardless of how long I waited. Now, every time I try to reset my password, I get taken to a page that says error 403 forbidden. If I try to submit a support request using my game account email, I also get a 403 forbidden page. Nothing seems to work at this point, and I have been trying for days. Any help unlocking my account and resetting the password would be much appreciated.
