So for the last 2 years ive been trying to get back into my account, emails back and forth with large time gaps between with no answer or responses. This week i finally got a response through gmail and the support asked for video of me changing my password and then loging into the website with the error message that i was getting, now they are wanting proof of purchase, (bank statement) but i bought the game like 4 years ago, no clue as to what to even look for on the statement or if i can even find a statement from then. Any tips or help here?
