[2020] my game stuck at profile data loading screen after the patch

after the error/crash 10 hours ago there was a small patch and now my game stucks at profile data loading screen

then 15mins after the loading screen i get a strange Backend error

i deleted the game and bsg luncher also the folders in User cache and the .ini

reinstalled all and running as admin

i tryed everything but nothing work

someone has an idea who can help me?
