Long story short, I bought EoD in 2017, stopped playing for about 2 years, tried to log in, got wrong password message, reset password, got same message. Now, after, literally, a year of trying to get BSG to help with this problem, I still have the same problem. Every e-mail, support ticket, FB message, Tweet, etc. either goes unanswered or I receive an email asking questions, I reply, and then NOTHING back.
SO, is anyone else having/had the same login issue? If so, did you get it fixed, and how? Is there a best way to contact support?
