I know that payment processes have been slow in the past - 2h+, but 12+ hours? Really?

Hi, Xsolla support has been contacted and they confirmed the purchase as complete. What's the estimated time before the purchase will appear and the game will be downloadable?
Then you need to contact our support and tell me the request number
i have the exact same problem. xsolla support said the payment was successfull and that i should have the game by now. But nothing is there, no support answer in 24 hours either, i only have 2 days left before i have to get back to work :(
