Hello there,

My friends' parents recently changed from internet provider and therefore lost his e-mail address which was linked to that internet provider. This was also the e-mail address where he created his EFT account with. Since he lost his e-mail he can't receive authentication codes anymore and therefore not login anymore. He's been contacting the support service for almost 3 weeks now and he's still not able to play. Does anyone have any suggestiong on what he can do or who he can contact to make this process faster because let's be real. We all want to play during our summer break.
