This is another desperate attempt at gaining the attention of the BattleState games administration. Your support team is completely unreliable. I've sent a couple of emails to the support team and have received a grand total of zero replies. Furthermore, I'd like to clerify that I'm not the only one with this problem.
At this point, it seems like BSG is just desperately trying to get players with account issues to just repurchase the game. It's embarrasing.
