[2019] Keys not working

2 keys that I know of aren't working.

-Goshan register key

-cottage safe key

when you go to unlock them you get the prompt to unlock but when you press the designated key they don't open

I have tried

-restarting the game

- putting the key in my pocket

-putting the key just in the gamma

-putting the key in a different key bar/doc case

-rebinding the key

-and switching keyboards
