I'm trying to reach support since yesterday but after few responses requiring me to follow some steps I got no more answers from them. I bought the game in japan, in the beginning of 2019, almost two years ago, lately im travelling a lot, first in the Asi area, which means i was still able to log in the launcher as usual and also able to play in those 4 asi servers with decent ping. since last week though I moved to Europe where I'll probably stay in different countries every month. Yesterday i noticed i couldn't log in the launcher anymore cause of bad region error. At first i used a vpn and logged in correctly but noticed immediately im still locked to the same 4 asi servers with absurd latencies. I even upgraded my game version to EU but that didn't fix the server locking issue. I think BSG support suspects the account is stolen but i was able to attach files with receipt and all the xsolla payment data to prove I'm the only owner. I also gave my actual ip to prove im not currently connected to a vpn, i only got couple of answers and then complete silence. Please i need to get this situation a bit more attention cause i know other people successfully fixed the same issue when moving to another country. Any help will be appreciated

In this case, the support team really cannot help. Developers aware of this issue

You know what pisses me off more, that's not true. And I actually know it's not true because bsg support on the official website just ignored me. If they had an explanation, a reasonable one, they would've give me at least that. But no. Almost 72 hours passed in a complete silence. The other truth is, i upgrade to EU version, my IP is now Italian, whatever you think to know about game/network coding, its just a matter of toggling true or false on a setting on my account config. So for the next few months i won't be able to enjoy the game cause its basically impossible to play with 200 ping connecting to f**king seoul server. And this is just bad customer support, it's nothing else, it's lazy, bad, uninterested, lacking customer support. Then a wipe will come in the upcoming months, i wouldn't be able to enjoy kappa and endgame like i should. Honestly, i understand bsg gave to the user base region asia locking, it's ok, you keep cheaters locked in their region. But you can't lock an account as old as mine out of the game having no excuses or just not answering support. Im so disappointed.
