I'm trying to reach support since yesterday but after few responses requiring me to follow some steps I got no more answers from them. I bought the game in japan, in the beginning of 2019, almost two years ago, lately im travelling a lot, first in the Asi area, which means i was still able to log in the launcher as usual and also able to play in those 4 asi servers with decent ping. since last week though I moved to Europe where I'll probably stay in different countries every month. Yesterday i noticed i couldn't log in the launcher anymore cause of bad region error. At first i used a vpn and logged in correctly but noticed immediately im still locked to the same 4 asi servers with absurd latencies. I even upgraded my game version to EU but that didn't fix the server locking issue. I think BSG support suspects the account is stolen but i was able to attach files with receipt and all the xsolla payment data to prove I'm the only owner. I also gave my actual ip to prove im not currently connected to a vpn, i only got couple of answers and then complete silence. Please i need to get this situation a bit more attention cause i know other people successfully fixed the same issue when moving to another country. Any help will be appreciated
