I've asked support several times to change my email to my back up email.

I have my back up email set as my primary account protection. Still they email my primary email that i havent had access to in 3 years.

Battlestate refuses to help me. I'm not sure what else to do. I'm not rebuying this game. I'm tired of jumping through hoops trying to log in every wipe because i get auto logged out for some reason. I'm extremely frustrated with the support.

I HAVEN'T CHANGED MY HARDWARE. STOP LOGGING ME OUT FFS.

Hello. The procedure code "Device ID" can only be sent to the main mail. To receive the code for another mail, you need to change the mail linked to the profile. To do this, write to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), with a description of the situation. You will also be asked to confirm that you are the owner of the account.
