[2021] Killa and Tagilla Armor shouldn't be on flea

Since BSG is banning high tier gear from the flea market, why is killa and Tagilla Armor available on flea?

Freaking GHZEL-K got banned earlier this week, yet killa armor which is obviously a better armor choice (doesn't Lose as much HP when shot-doesn't need thrown in the trash after 1 repair) is available.

I get that it's boss loot and making it not selling on flea hurts the wallet of whoever finds it, so maybe increase the value when selling it to ragman?

Seems to defeat the entire purpose they are aiming for.
