[2019] Can we have an ability to heal other players?

Like, for example, if we have Ifak in 4, bandage in 5, and a splint in 6 (these are hotkeys). If a friend gets hit and is bleeding, we can hold down 5 whilst aiming at him or pointing at him at a certain range, and you can basically bandage him.

Is this a thing that's in the process of being like, put into the game? or is this a new suggestion or what?
