[2021] A friend can’t sign into account..

Hey, my friend has had an issue with his Tarkov account just after 12.9 Wipe, When he tried signing into his account he gets a pop-up message saying his email doesn’t exist.

His account was a standard account and he recently upgraded to EOD shortly after 12.8 wipe. He wants to play with us 12.9 patch but there is no way for him to sign in, he tried contacting Battlestate Support team but they didn’t reply, Please i need to help my friend get his account back, he really loves the game :(
