[2021] Has anyone else not been able to login to the main site to claim the holiday gift? No response from support either.

I have tried logging in to the main site since the 28th about twice a day now. I have never received an authorization email on my login. Ive checked spam, had it resent several times, nothing.

I emailed support on Friday and havent gotten a response. I am normally patient or dont worry about this, but the event ends in two days and I think by this rate I'm not going to be able to get my stuff :(
